Setup Instructions

This section mainly explains the unpacking process and precautions after receiving GR1 robot.

Item Check

• After receiving the goods, confirm that the package is complete and undamaged.

  

• Turn the two knobs below clockwise to open the box.

  

• Confirm that the items are complete.

  

(1) GR1 robot

(2) GamePad

(3) 46V lithium battery charger

(4) Chinese and English instruction manuals and certificates, acceptance forms, warranty cards

(5) Docking station

(6) Latch

• Read the user manual to learn how to use the robot and precautions.

Hanging up Robot

• Lift up the upper body of the robot.

  

• Tie the protective rope and hang the protective bracket.

• Hold the arms and slowly raise the rope until the upper body of the robot is upright.

• Lift the feet and raise the rope, paying attention to the waist and crotch cables.

• Remove the flight box and lift the robot to a suspended position

Starting the Robot

Note

If the battery of robot is not installed when received, please refer to Battery Installation for detailed tutorial.

• Plug in the battery-powered connector

• Press the power button on the host, confirm that there is no abnormality with the host powering on, and ensure that the host indicator light is illuminated.

(1) The host power indicator light should remain on constantly after the system is powered on.

(2) The hard drive storage indicator light flashes after the system is turned on.

• Turn on the power supply of the motor, unplug the emergency stop switch, confirm that the motor is powered on normally, and all motor indicators are normal.

• Power on the tablet and operate the robot via app. Confirm that the robot initializes correctly and basic movements perform normally. For detailed guidance, refer to Operation Tutorial.
